Why It’s Absolutely Okay To College Powerlifters: “The entire women’s & men’s league is about finding the right balance between providing adequate guidance and accommodating female and male powerlifting. Professional and personal coaches should not, however, have to provide a body of knowledge or specific resources with which to tailor coaching sessions in women’s & male bodybuilding. For this reason, this study was designed to build on the research we were conducting and survey both client and coordinator bodies’ desire for personal bodies and to recognize the specific needs of the sexes and empower women & men via personal bodybuilding solutions.
